Payment information

 

Our services can be payed via internet by bank card.

Payment information for the ligos-studio services (IP Ilya Melnik Igorevich) requires three steps done in the following order:

1.  With each client and for each project we conclude an agreement in Russian and English, where we stipulate the conditions for the provision and payment of services.

2.  Prices for each project are negotiated with the customer before starting the project.

3.  When you are ready to pay after a service has been provided, send the invoice request on e-mail address: ligos.studio@gmail.com

4.  We will make the invoice and send a link (of the payment processing system bePaid) to your e-mail (to learn more, please, check https://bepaid.by/).

5.  Follow the link you will see the payment page with the order number and the amount of payment. Type your card details and click the button "pay" to confirm the payment. After the processing, view the message about successful payment.

The amount of payment should be indicated in Belarusian rubles. If the currency of your card is different from Belarusian rubles, then the payment will be done according to the International Payment System exchange rate on the day of direct debit (different from the day of payment). In case your card supports 3-D secure tecnology, the system will ask you to go through the standard one-minute cardholder verification procedure on the web page of your bank (the bank that issued the card).

After the payment is made, our manager will contact you the way you specified for the delivery details.

Please note that a payment confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address after the payment is made. Please, safe your payment data.

We accept following bank cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Belcard

 

 

 

Card payments are processed via electronic payment system  bePaid. The web page of the system meets all data transfer security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data are coded and well-protected.

Refund is not provided. The job is considered fully performed.
